Identification of Local Contractors and Companies:

We have established relationships with a number of local contractors who are qualified to undertake infrastructure, Oil & gas and related projects. Though most previous projects were performed by state owned companies, we have identified individuals who worked for these state owned companies, are familiar with the infrastructure in Iraq and who are suitable candidates for employment.

Staffing - (provision of expatriate specialists):

The company has access to a global data-base of highly skilled personnel in the Oil & Gas, Refining, Offshore, Pipeline, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Medical and IT sectors. We have already mobilized an international workforce to Iraq consisting of US, Canadian and UK nationals. Our workforce is currently working in Kirkuk, Baghdad and the southern oil fields to assist in the stabilization of the Iraqi Oil & Gas industry. Tasks completed to date include conducting surveys of numerous oil & gas installations to determine what is required to keep the facilities running. We are cognizant with all the current insurance and other requirements that are required to send people to Iraq.

Staffing - (provision of Iraqi nationals):

The company is prioritizing the recruitment and employment of qualified Iraqi nationals. To date we have selected over 5000 Iraqi nationals from over 20,000 applicants as suitable candidates for employment. The Iraqi workforce is well educated and motivated to work. We have started to employee Iraqi nationals and assign them to US based companies do work in Iraq. We handle all aspects of employee selection, time keeping, payroll, billing and in some cases provide an Iraqi facilitator to assist with translation and ensure that the workforce is meeting our clients expectations.

Commercial Sponsorship or Representation:

The Company is committed to working for the international business interests of its clients and to promote their products and services in Iraq. The Company currently represents a number of major Western Corporations in Iraq.

Financial Services:

Currently there are no banking facilities available in Iraq. Payment for wages of Iraqi nationals is currently in the form of cash payments. We expect this situation to change shortly. In the mean time we can provide for the payment of wages in Iraq by means of securely transporting cash from outside of Iraq. We are also able to identify sources of venture capital, lines of credit and private loans to facilitate commercial transactions in Iraq. Payroll, accounting and book keeping services are also available.

Housing:

The Company can provide a wide range of housing options in Iraq. These range from identifying hotels that are suitable for expatriates, the provision of fully serviced housing in Iraq on a weekly, monthly or annual basis or the provision of camp facilities. Our local staff in Iraq is available to ensure that any lease agreement is compliance with local laws and that the lessee's rights are protected.

Legal Services:

The Company is able to provide legal services in Iraq and other Middle Eastern countries. Our legal staff in Iraq has an in depth understanding of current Iraqi laws and will monitor any changes to Iraqi law that will impact operations in Iraq.

Market Analysis:

The Company's local staff is able to evaluate current economic and technological conditions in Iraq on a daily basis and provide valuable information that allows our clients to make an informed decision as to the viability of a particular product or service.

Office Space:

The Company is currently able to provide full service office facilities in Baghdad consisting of furnished office space, fax, email, photocopy and all administrative support. We are planning to offer full service offices (including security arrangements) in other locations in Iraq. These offices will provide similar services as those currently available in Baghdad.

Procurement:

The Company has a strong track record in providing procurement services for the oil & gas, refining, pipeline and related industries on an international basis. These services are available to our clients that are contemplating business in Iraq.

Safety and Skills Training:

The Company can provide training in Iraq and Jordan.

Security Services:

The Company is able to provide a full range of security services on a 24/7 basis. This includes armed guards, security for the transportation personnel, cash, valuable documents, equipment and other items of value. Security and guard services are also available for the protection of equipment at construction sites and other locations. Security can be provided by either expatriate or local personnel.

Translation Services:

Our staff in the US and Iraq are available to provide translation services for legal, technical and business documents.

Visas and Entry into Iraq:

The Company can facilitate entry into Iraq from either Jordan or Kuwait.

Transportation:

We are able to provide secure transportation in all parts of Iraq.
